The mission of Literacy Services of Wisconsin (LSW) is to partner with motivated adults to provide access to quality basic education and skills training so that they can improve their lives, enrich their families, and strengthen our community.

Literacy Service’s comprehensive programming offers adult education, high school equivalency classes, and English language courses that are focused on providing adult students with an educational catalyst towards overall health, social, and economic advancement. Our programming creates pathways between each step of our students’ academic journeys toward reaching their goals. As many barriers as possible are removed by creating in-person and virtual one-on-one learning partnerships and classes, keeping student costs low, and offering year-round enrollment.
